January 2004, ZSCParking announces new parking lot:
ZSC Parking is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Orpheum Office Plaza (132 South State St.) on February 1, 2004. this 455 stall monthly parking facility has an entrance and exit located on Orpheum Avenue with convenient accessibility to State St.

2003:
We have recently installed a new parking system that gives our customers more options and increased reliability. Parking access to many of our lots is now controlled with smart proximity cards, or even your wristwatch. This new parking system enhances parking at all lots managed by ZSC Parking, either directly or indirectly. The new parking system gives us increased flexibility to offer competetive rates and options to meet the needs of our customers, whether they are downtown office workers, visitors to the mall, or downtown event-goers. An example of this is our "2 hours free" parking at the ZCMI Center. To our customers, we thank you for your patience as we incorporate the new equipment and software into our parking lots that will give you a better parking experience with ZSC Parking.

2003 Parking Rate Adjustment Notifications
September 2003: The monthly rate for Lot 19 has decreased to $25.
February 2003: We are pleased to announce that covered parking will be made available for only $48.00 in the Regent Street Parking Garage and Eagle Gate Parking Terrace. Also, many of the current rates will stay the same or only increase $1.00 per month from the 2002 rates.
