Social Hall Avenue Salt Lake City UT 84111 Our parking offices are on Social Hall Avenue between Eagle Gate Parking Terrace and Social Hall Parking Terrace, across the street from the Social Hall Plaza, just east of the Social Hall Museum. Social Hall Avenue is between State Street and 2nd East, and South Temple and 1st South. (See parking map) |

Why the new parking system?

Our new parking system enhances parking at all lots managed by ZSC Parking, either directly or indirectly. The new parking system gives us increased flexibility to offer competetive rates and options to meet the needs of our customers, whether they are downtown office workers, visitors to the mall, or downtown event-goers. An example of this is our "2 hours free" parking at the ZCMI Center. To our customers, we thank you for your patience as we incorporate the new equipment and software into our parking lots that will give you a better parking experience with ZSC Parking. |

Can I use a credit card to pay for my daily parking? Back to top Yes, a credit card can be used at any exit to pay for parking charges. If your validations do not cover the parking fee, simply insert your credit card if additional payment is required. |

Can I be let into the garage without my parking access card? Back to top We will continue to require you to have your card to gain access to the garage. You will be instructed to park in one of our daily lots if you do forget your parking card. In addition, you will be responsible for the daily fee of parking. |

Is my monthly card good at other locations? Back to top No, your parking is assigned to a specific location, and will give you access only to the garage you are assigned to. |

What if my parking access card is lost or damaged? Back to top You will need to come to the parking offices to be issued another parking card. There is a $10.00 card fee to replace a lost card. |

What is "Nest" parking? Back to top Nest parking is considered to be a location in a garage that can be offered at a discount. Typically in our facilities, the nest has been the top un-covered level in the garage. As of February 1st 2003, we have lowered this nest to include several levels of covered parking. This means that you will pay a discounted rate if you are willing to park on the upper floors of a garage. |

What is the difference between the Tenant and Non-tenant rate? Back to top A Tenant would be anyone who leases property, or rents office space from Zions Securities Corporation. |

Is there a way for a Non-Tenant to take advantage of the Tenant rate? Back to top We have extended to our non-tenant neighbors the tenant rate if they sign up for monthly parking and make ACH payments each month. To set this up, we just need a void check. |

Where do I purchase parking validations? Back to top You can purchase validations at the parking offices located at 143 E. Social Hall Avenue. Our office is open from 8am - 5pm. |

What if I have a Downtown Token or Crossroads validation? Back to top If you've received a Downtown Token or Crossroads validation, it can be redeemed for $1 off parking at the ZCMI Center Mall. You can use them at the attendant's booth upon exiting the parking garage. |
