ZSC Parking is a division of Zions Securities Corporation. To help fill downtown parking needs, ZSC has acquired several parking lots as well as developed, constructed, and maintained other parking structures which have been very helpful in the success of downtown businesses. ZSC has also created parking for sporting, cultural, religious, and other activities. We currently maintain and manage approximately 6,200 parking stalls. Among those 6,200 stalls is parking for the ZCMI Center Mall.

In 2003 we installed a new parking system that gives our customers more options and increased reliability. Parking access to many of our lots is now controlled with smart proximity cards, or even your wristwatch. This new parking system enhances parking at all lots managed by ZSC Parking, either directly or indirectly. The new parking system gives us increased flexibility to offer competetive rates and options to meet the needs of our customers, whether they are downtown office workers, visitors to the mall, or downtown event-goers. An example of this is our "2 hours free" parking at the ZCMI Center.
